LEVEL 1 · HABITABLE ZONE
HABITABLE ZONE
Concrete parking structures, industrial storage, and a garden growing without soil or daylight connect beneath the same grey shell. Survival is possible here; safety is not guaranteed.
Limits of Habitability
Level 1 offers more supplies and human traces than the threshold, yet lighting failures, deceptive distance, and unstable stock can turn a short stop into an incident. Habitable means survival is possible—not that the environment is stable.
Three Structures
The parking deck is open but impossible to judge by distance, the warehouse hides unstable inventory, and the Concrete Garden lets impossible life invade artificial structure. One grey shell demands three different ways of observing it.
