Refund Policy
Effective 18 August 2026. Review the beneficiary and amount carefully before authorizing payment.
General rule
Early support is a voluntary contribution to project development and is normally final after capture. Refunds will still be provided where required by applicable law or binding payment-provider rules. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Requesting help
For a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized payment or another payment error, contact Lexhofee@gmail.com promptly with the provider, transaction ID, payment date and intended beneficiary. Never send a password, complete card number or PayPal credential.
Review and provider process
Each request is reviewed against the payment record and provider status. A refund, when approved, is returned through the original provider; processing time is controlled by that provider and financial institutions. Provider dispute and chargeback rights remain governed by the provider and applicable law.
Effect on supporter benefits
A refunded, reversed or charged-back amount is removed from the beneficiary's cumulative total. Rank and nameplate style are then recalculated automatically and may change or be removed.
