01

Concrete Without an Exterior

Columns, vacant parking bays, and ramps extend through a space with no windows and no evidence of vehicles. Pipes strike and settle overhead while seepage gathers into shallow, chemical-smelling pools. Rows of columns that appear adjacent may be separated by distances far greater than they look.

02

Habitable Does Not Mean Safe

Patrol marks and abandoned supply points are common because many early Level 1 records begin here. Entire lighting circuits can still fail without warning; when they do, footsteps and scraping sounds move through the darkness without matching any known patrol.

03

Staging Advice

Open sightlines create a false sense of safety. Identify the lighting circuit, ramp direction, and nearest solid cover first; oil, standing water, and repeated columns degrade turning, braking, and distance judgement together.
