Nightlife After Everyone Left
Cheap hotels, bars, closed venues, and narrow alleys remain saturated in neon. Booths, stages, counters, and backstage corridors are intact, and broken music sometimes begins without an operator.
Figures Beneath the Neon
Not every silhouette is a resident. Entities affected by the city's calming influence may imitate pedestrians, stop at windows, or sit inside empty venues. When the neon fails, their movements become abrupt and openly hostile.
Reading Neon
Neon makes entity movement resemble ordinary pedestrians and duplicates silhouettes in wet reflections. Gait, purpose, and behaviour after a blackout are more reliable than outline alone.
