A powerless hospital corridor is cut into fragments by red alarm flashes. Medical equipment forms an obstacle route that never permits a stop.
Emergency Lighting Only
Ward doors, observation windows, and signs appear only during each red flash. Beds, wheelchairs, IV stands, and scattered instruments block the floor while the alarm repeats without pause. Every blackout makes the corridor ahead feel longer.
Do Not Stop
Groups of entities pursue almost every arrival. Strobing light, alarms, and rapid breathing destroy distance judgement until stationary equipment appears to move in peripheral vision. The surviving archive reduces its guidance to one instruction: keep running.
Stride Management
Beds, wheelchairs, and IV stands force constant lateral changes while strobing light hides their real spacing. Choosing a traversable gap before the red flash is more reliable than correcting inside it.
