Transmission towers extend like trees under a starless sky. Thunderstorms, electrical arcs, ozone, and charged standing water define the terrain.
A Forest Made of Steel
Dense tower frames replace trunks and overlapping conductors form a canopy that hides the horizon. The wet gravel hums continuously while damaged insulators and loose lines throw blue-white arcs between structures.
Lightning Without Distance
Storm flashes repeatedly tear across the same sky and travel along cables and tower frames. Afterimages, thunder, and low-frequency vibration disturb balance and direction until movement through the tower field becomes difficult to judge.
Storm Window
A discharge erases detail before thunder and tower resonance disrupt balance. Movement belongs between major strikes, with care not to form a shorter path through the body, wet ground, and adjacent metal.
